WHAT’S HAPPENING:
Join us in kicking off The Caring Forest, an awareness project for the Somerville Homeless Coalition.
Throughout the months of September and October, the Nave Gallery will yarnstorm trees in Powderhouse Park, with each tree a particular color scheme presenting an issue related to homelessness:
Food security: Purples, greens, creams and tans
Education: Blues and black
Housing: Oranges, reds and browns
Community: Browns, pinks, creams and tans

WHAT TO BRING:
If you have crochet hooks or yarn needles, please bring! We’ll have yarn on site in case you want to crochet or knit.
