ABOUT THE SHOW
The Nave Gallery is proud to feature its first one man show featuring the photography and video of longtime Boston area artist Charles Daniels. This exhibit title is especially appropriate since it comes from a 1979 Led Zeppelin album, and many local rock fans know Daniels better as the“Masterblaster,” former emcee from the infamous Boston Tea Party, where Zeppelin once played. Daniels’ art has grown since the Tea Party days, expanding from fashion and music to dance, performance, and everything in between. "In Through the Out Door" is a rare opportunity to see not only his older photographs but also his newer video work, all in one space.
